Criminal Law

Land law is the area of law that governs rights and interests in land and property. It deals with who owns land, how ownership is transferred, and what rights others may have over that land. It includes concepts such as freehold and leasehold estates, legal and equitable interests, registered and unregistered land, and the protection of third-party rights.
