Effective Date: January 1st, 2025

Welcome to Kunle Law. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and products, including the purchase and access of online courses through our platform. By accessing or using Kunle Law, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.

Kunle Law provides online legal education through structured courses, case summaries, video lessons, quizzes, and related study resources. Our platform operates as both an educational service and an e-commerce site where users can purchase access to courses.

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old, or have parental or guardian consent if younger. You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and provide accurate, complete registration information when creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and must not share your login details with others. Any activity under your account will be deemed as your responsibility. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity is detected.

All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed before course access is granted. We accept payments via Paystack and/or Stripe. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect purchases already made.

Once purchased, you will receive access to the course materials as per the delivery format stated on the course page. Access is for your personal use only and is non-transferable. You may not copy, distribute, or resell course content without our written permission.

Kunle Law operates a strict no-refunds policy. All sales are final. Please review course details carefully before making a purchase.

All course content, including videos, text, graphics, and case summaries, is owned by Kunle Law or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal learning purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our content is strictly prohibited.

When using our platform, you agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, share your account access with third parties, attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with our systems, or copy, record, or redistribute course materials without authorization.

Our courses are for educational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free or up-to-date. We are not liable for exam results or professional outcomes.

Kunle Law will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, or service interruptions caused by factors outside our control.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to our platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.
